Do I have to have an active account to request any Value Added Service?
An account must be able to be logged into, on the server for which the service was requested, in order for any Value Added Service to be processed and fulfilled. Any account that is not able to be accessed and a Value Added Service is requested, the request will be refunded. The Value Added Service can be requested again once the account can be accessed in-game.

This means the Premium servers will require an active subscription and unsuspended for services to be rendered. For the Valkyrie server the account must still be in good standing to have the service rendered.

Once the request form is filled out and submitted along with payment, user will receive an automatic confirmation email with a confirmation number and the GM Team will start review the request for server transfer. If payment for this service was verified and collected the GM Team will then temporarily block the users account for the duration of the character transfer. This character transfer change will be concluded when the user receives e-mail notification that the change was a success and the account was removed from its blocked status. If you have any question regarding this service, please contact the GM team via GM inquiry along with the confirmation number.
How do I request a server transfer?
1. To begin, please log into the website with the account you wish to request the server transfer with.
2. Once you are logged into the website you can visit the Payment section of the website to view.
3. How do I request the cancellation of the server transfer?
If the request has not been processed you can contact the GM Team via the GM Inquiry located within the FAQ on the website requesting a cancellation of the server change. If the request has been processed you will be required to request an additional server transfer, all required fees will be charged.
