What happens if an error screen appears when my PIN code is entered for my Gravity Prepaid Card?
Make sure you have typed in the exact 10 digit code that is on the back of your card. Also, make sure you are not typing an "O" instead of a zero. If this does not solve your problem, then please contact our customer support team for additional help and include the following information:
1. Your ID
2. Email address
3. Amount of the card
4. PIN code
