Much like the [/organize "party name"] command which allows the creation of parties, the [/guild "guild name"] command allows users to create their own guilds. As detailed in our Game Guide on the iRO official website, the Emperium item is required to use this command.
If the new guild name is only one word without spaces, you are not required to place quotes at the beginning and end of the new guild name. However, if there are any spaces within the guild name you are creating, please be sure to include quotes around the intended name to preserve these spaces. For example, if you wish to create the Ragnarok Warriors guild, you would input the following into the iRO client command prompt:
/guild "Ragnarok Warriors"
Before making a guild however, please be sure to choose the leader carefully. The Guild leader character ~cannot~ be deleted unless the guild is fully disbanded first. If a Guild leader character is deleted while still in a guild, this will render the guild inoperable, and it may be impossible to reclaim this guild name. |
