Due to the many requests from our users, we have implemented a character stat reallocation service and have enacted a new policy to meet these requests. In order to maintain the game balance of in each server and prevent fraudulent activity, this service is subject to the terms of agreement and some restrictions as summarized below.
• This service must be paid for in advance via credit card or Paypal only
• The service will be conducted during the following times:
Monday ~ Thursday 9am until 5pm Pacific
• Characters must not have any items equipped, in their inventory, or in the cart.
• Character reallocation stats form must be fully completed before service
is fulfilled.
• Service requests are subject to review by the GM Team and can be
rejected based on violation of any guidelines set forth herein.
• No refunds will be permitted once your request is approved and processed.

All terms and conditions of the Gravity Interactive's Terms of agreement and the Privacy policy found on iro.ragnarokonline.com apply to any value added service request. You will not be allowed to attempt to utilize the Value Added Services for account that are not yours or were not originally registered by you.
