Due to the many requests from our users, we have implemented a character stat reallocation service and have enacted a new policy to meet these requests. In order to maintain the game balance of in each server and prevent fraudulent activity, this service is subject to the terms of agreement and some restrictions as summarized below.
This service must be paid for in advance via credit card or Paypal only.
The service will be conducted during the following times Monday ~ Thursday 9am till 5 pm PST.
Characters must not have any items equipped, in their inventory, or in the cart.
Character reallocation stats form must be fully completed before service is fulfilled.
Service requests are subject to review by the GM Team and can be rejected based on violation of
any guidelines set forth herein.
Any characters that are married will be divorced before the gender change takes place.

No refunds will be permitted once a request is approved and processed.
