Our users have longed to change their character names due to unwanted harassment issues or previous in-game relationships with other users or simple desire to do so.
• Due to the many requests to change character name, we have implemented
Character name change service and have enacted a new policy to meet these
requests. This service is subject to terms of agreement and some restrictions
as summarized below.
• This service is must be paid for in advance via credit card or Paypal only.
• The service will be conducted during the following times
Monday ~ Thursday 9am till 5 pm PST.
• Character names may not contain any swear words, racial slurs,
sexual connotations or ASCII characters.
• Character names may not be changed to advertise items, products,
companies such as yahoo.com or google.com.
• Service requests are subject to review by the GM Team and can be rejected
based on violation of any guidelines set forth herein.
• No refunds will be permitted once your request is approved and processed.

We have reserved the right to end or modify this service at any time without prior notification.
All terms and conditions of the Gravity Interactive's Terms of agreement and the Privacy policy found on iro.ragnarokonline.com apply to any transfer or attempted transfer of characters. You will not be allowed to transfer any characters to an account that is not yours and that was not originally registered by you.
