iRO Renewal Hardware Maintenance

November 11th, 2025. 10:00AM - 04:00PM PST

Hardware maintenances will solely consist of IT tasks required to continue smooth operation of the game. We will be alternating between Hardware Maintenance and Update Maintenance from week to week unless specified otherwise.

Dear adventurers,

We sincerely apologize for the recent server instability that may have affected your gameplay experience.

Our team has been actively investigating and addressing the issue to ensure smoother and more stable performance moving forward.

As a token of our apology and appreciation for your patience, we actived bonus EXP +150% and drop rate +75% (All Server) until Sunday November 9th 2025, 23.59 PM PST

Also for player that has login during this period of time: October 30th 00.00 AM PDT - November 4th 08.00 AM PST,

They will get additional compensation as below :

The compensation will be distributed via Code Redeemer NPC, located on the Eden Group map at coordinates /navi moc_paraup (39/163), or the Cool Event Employee NPC, located on the Alberta map at coordinates /navi alberta (147/60).

Please claim it after November 4th maintenance.

Bug Fixes:

Fixed monster spawn rate issue for [Event] Hygiene First at Prontera Night Market.
Fixed an issue where “unknown item” could be obtained from Goldhand’s Claw Machine. The item is Dark Bible and Beehive Box.
Fixed Tempest Shadow Armor, Tempest Shadow Weapon, Tempest Shadow Shield, and Tempest Shadow Shoes — now can be refined using Holgren Shadow Hammer and Shadow Smelting Hammer.
Fixed Costume Kururinpa Tails layer issue when equipped with upper costume.
Fixed Black Cat Backpack [1] error issue occurring on certain job classes.
