The NPC Reset Artifact helps reset the cooldown of a selected Memorial Dungeon.
By accepting the reset for a specific Memorial Dungeon using 1 Silvervine Fruit and 50 Ether Dust,
After reset you will receives a buff and can choose whether to teleport to the corresponding Memorial Dungeon map area.
