you first have to obtain Kafra Credit Points to spend on the items.

Kafra Credit Points can be purchased by clicking on the Purchase Points link
on the navigational menu to the left.

You can purchase Kafra Credit Points up to two times a day and cannot
purchase Kafra Credit Points if your remaining points exceed 10,000 points.
Please note that we do not provide refunds of Kafra Credit Points in part or
in whole for any reason.

Kafra Credit Points could be used in both Valkyrie server and Premium servers.
