1. To begin, please log into the website with the account you wish to request the server transfer with.
2. Once you are logged into the website you can visit the Payment section of the website to view.
3. How do I request the cancellation of the server transfer?
If the request has not been processed you can contact the GM Team via the GM Inquiry located within the FAQ on the website requesting a cancellation of the server change. If the request has been processed you will be required to request an additional server transfer, all required fees will be charged.
Helpful notes on character transfer:
- You may transfer characters between servers
- We will process your request of character transfer when we confirm the payment
- It will usually take several days for the character to be transferred
- The FAQ for Character transfer and name change are different from our normal in-game FAQ. Please choose the FAQ from our Value Added Service.

Helpful notes that will quicken the process:
- Submit 3 possible character names for us to choose from (Just incase your first choice of name is taken)
- Before you submit name change, make sure your registered E-mail on the account is active if the E-mail you have registered the account with are wrong, or no longer in service you will not be able to get your confirmation code. We would strongly suggest you to submit an E-mail change before submitting your name change request.
If you want to switch character names from 2 different account, you will need to submit 2 separate name change request for each account. |
