A Word from iroGM02:
Being a GM for iRO has taught me many things, seeing this game grow and the community inwhich it supports is rather intriguing.
I've learned and experienced many things that I had never once conceived or even thought about being involved with a gaming company.
Ironically to my surprise I've learned new terminology and languages I have never even known existed.
For instance, I had no idea that my
whole life I had been pronouncing the word "Owned" incorrectly.
The most interesting term I witnessed came on the night of June 2nd, 2003.
I was sitting on a stump in Geffen Field, iroGM01 was sitting next to me having a conversation with him self about how much he loves to smell his navel lint.
In the distance a young Novice by the name of "||D ][ ][v][ ][D PiCkL3" was hunting Fabre, without warning he struck down the fabre and preceded to yell
out, "3yE! Jv5T ][D\/\/n3D3d T][-][@t i5H /\/\0n II |2oX0rZ!!!11!" I had never wanted a /wtf emoticon more then at that moment, as I went to ask him what it meant, he disappeared. I immediately tried deciphering this elite code, I contacted a good buddy at NASA, afew days later he got back to me with no clue to its origin but quite possibly some sort of alien translated code used by intelligent lifeforms...in disagreement I hung up on him.
Days went by as I sat on that stump in hopes to see that Novice again, Who was he? What was he doing? Where was he at? and most importantly, What the hell did he mean by that?
Later, I was hunting with iroGM01 in Geffen Dungeon, between his constant complaints about dark colors and me supposedly "Stealing", "his" monsters, he killed a Poison Spore then yelled to me, "I just owned that mob man, I rock!".
I paused for a second...then thought...It couldn't be...
Thank you for reading this little what have you, I enjoy working for such a great game and I want to thank all the players for forming one of the most all around unique atmospheres I have ever experienced. Good gaming!

Picture comment:
This is my constructive judgement towards a fanart submission that really got my attention.
I really enjoy this fanart simply from its originality.
I believe for as long as iRO has
existed, many players have come to expect a sort of bland and repetitive style of
art taken from most anime and manga in existence.
Chad Sexington's tribute to the Knight
was a great change of pace.
At first glance when we received it, I thought what most people
would think, "Heh, cute." But then I started to realize what this was really a picture of, I don't think I've laughed so hard in such a long time.
It is as of now my official desktop wallpaper, and I would personally like to thank Chad Sexington for allowing me to forget about work for a short period of time.
Thanks Chad.
