No.98 It's true: being seated in the throne grants absolute power. As undisputed rulers, this Novice and Blacksmith declared themselves deities, made Panties the official currency, and changed the national anthem to 'Whoop there it is.' Iron fists, indeed.
No.97 Louyang's sturdy walls are an impregnable defense that keeps out the riffraff. So far, its citizens have had no problems with telemarketers or overzealous cellphone salesmen. In that sense, it's a peaceful place to live.
No.96 This Blacksmith chooses to enjoy Payon's tranquil beauty by sitting in the middle of a bridge. Perhaps not the safest place to be, given that some Peco mounted Knights tend to drag race in that area, but it's a scenic spot nonetheless.
No.95 The Chief of Payon enjoys some evening entertainment. It's amazing that a Bard, a Dancer, a juggling clown, and a small Utan boy playing the maracas can act and perform as one. Needless to say, the Chief's tastes are highly cultured and refined.
No.94 Sitting next to the table with the world's leaders having a rollicking good time can make eating by yourself seem so gloomy. It's Chief Karkatan's birthday, and he's enjoying King Tristram III's wise and benevolent surprise.
No.93 These shamanistic totem poles are adorned with intimidating facial expressions to ward evil away from Payon. It sort of works like gargoyles, or those fake owls meant to scare away pigeons, that are placed on store rooftops.
