The attack is affected by monster cards inserted in the weapon and the arrow attribute.

Sheltering Bliss

Sheltering Bliss is an ensemble skill that requires both a Minstrel and a Gypsy. It creates a 9*9 cell area around the casters where other characters and monsters cannot enter.
However, this area only blocks characters from entering, and does not protect the casters from magical attacks or long range attacks.
In order to successfully shield an area with this skill, there must not be any red cells in an 11*11 cell area around the caster.
Once activation of the skill is successful, monsters or other players within the skill's range will be thrust out of the area.
*Cannot be activated in Guild War areas. | |

The party member targeted by this skill receives an increase in all stats equal to half of the total stats of the caster. However, each of the party member's stats, after receiving these bonus stats through Marionette Control, cannot exceed 99.
Consumes 100 SP each time the skill is used.

Prerequisites: Hip Shaker Lv.3, Dance Lessons Lv.10, Marionette Control Lv.1.
This skill is mastered at Lv.5.
When cast while performing an Ensemble skill, Longing for Freedom enables movement, attacks and skills, aside from other Ensemble skills or the Sheltering Bliss skill, within the range of the Ensemble skill being performed. This skill is canceled if the performing Gypsy or Minstrel move out of the Ensemble skill's range, use the Amp skill, or die. This skill consumes 15 SP when cast and continuously consumes 3 SP for the duration of the performed Ensemble skill.

This skill is mastered at Lv.5.
Hermode's Rod can only be cast near Warp Portals inside Guild Siege maps during WoE times. This skill cancels all positive statuses, aside from Berserk, from all friendly targets except the caster. It will also block any magic spells that are cast upon Hermode's Rod's targets. For the duration of this skill, only the caster can use skills. Hermode's Rod is canceled when the caster leaves its effective range.

Cast a randomly chosen effect from 14 different tarot cards upon a targeted enemy. This skill's level affects the chance of successfully casting the random effect. Tarot Card of Fate has a 1 second Cast Time that is followed by a 3 second Skill Delay which are unaffected by DEX.
