Except where prohibited, participation in the Gravity Fan Art page constitutes participant’s consent to Gravity Interactive LLC’s use of the winner’s artwork, name, likeness, voice, opinions, biographical information, hometown, and state for promotional purposes in any media, without further payment or consideration. Submission of a work shall be deemed as acceptance of all rules and regulations and shall constitute granting permission to Gravity Interactive LLC to publish and/or display the artwork.
