The contest is only open to users who are thirteen years of age or older on the date referenced below as the submission date for the contest. If you are not thirteen years of age or older you are not eligible to participate. If you are under the legal age of majority in your state of residence, one of your parents or legal guardians must submit a signed, written statement that they have read, understood and agreed to these contest rules with your Submission, and that such agreement constitutes acceptance of these contest rules on behalf of you and himself/herself. Employees , agents, officers, and members of their immediate families (parents, children, siblings, spouses) and/or persons living in the same households as such persons, whether related or not, are ineligible to enter the Contest and cannot win prizes. This contest is governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. This contest is void where prohibited. Contestants are responsible for compliance with applicable laws in jurisdictions where they reside.
2. Disclaimer
Gravity Corporation and/or Gravity Interactive LLC, all participating sponsors and any of their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, professional advisors, employees and agencies will not be responsible for: (a) any late, lost, misrouted, garbled or distorted or damaged transmissions or entries; (b) telephone, electronic, hardware, software, network, Internet, or other computer-related or communications-related malfunctions or failures; (c) any Contest disruptions, injuries, losses or damages caused by events beyond the control of Sponsor; or (d) any printing or typographical errors in any materials associated with the Contest.
3. Ownership of Entries
All entries and materials submitted to Gravity Interactive LLC and/or Gravity Corporation (hereafter ˇ°Gravityˇ±) in connection with the Contest (collectively, "Submission Materials"), along with all copyright, trademark and other proprietary rights associated therewith, become the property of Gravity upon submission, and Submission Materials will not be returned to any entrant. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, you acknowledge that Gravity will own all rights to use, modify, reproduce, publish, perform, display, distribute, make derivative works of and otherwise commercially and non-commercially exploit the Submission Materials in perpetuity and throughout the universe, in any manner or medium now existing or hereafter developed, without separate compensation to you or any other person or entity. You agree to take, at Gravity's expense, any further action (including, without limitation, execution of affidavits and other documents) reasonably requested by Sponsor to effect, perfect or confirm Gravity's ownership rights as set forth above.
4. Original Work of Authorship
You hereby warrant and represent that (a) you own all rights to all Submission Materials submitted by you; and (b) all such Submission Materials are original works of authorship on your part and have not been copied, in whole or in part, from any other work and do not violate, misappropriate or infringe any copyright, trademark or other proprietary right of any other person or entity. Any Submission material violating above set rule will be disqualified from the contest without further consideration
5. Prizes
A total of (5) qualified Contestant will receive prizes. See listing below for exact prizes and their descriptions. The (5) Prize Winners' submissions in association with the winners' names will be displayed on the official contest web site of the contest
