- Tournament Walkthrough -

All Teams must be registered by email with the GM Team on or before October 21st.

The first 16 teams on each server to submit and be confirmed (via email) will be eligible to participate.

Each team must all be in the same guild, and that guild icon sent with the registration form.

Each team will be 8 members fighting and 2 alternates in case a member must be substituted. Please review the team class restrictions.

Each team must only consist of Transcended classes or non-Transcended classes. There will be a bracket for transcended teams and one for non-transcended teams. The last team from each bracket on each server will advance on to the quarter finals. (8 teams total). The first 3 rounds are all single elimination, with random seeding at the beginning of the tournament. In the event of uneven numbers of teams in a bracket, a "by" will be given to a random team.

The team that eliminates all the opposing teams forces wins, or if the 10 minute time limit expires the team with the most members alive wins.

November 4th we will begin at the battles at 2pm , the first round on all servers will take place.
This will take our 64 teams down to ~32. We are planning on running 2 Battles at a time (Different servers) 10 minute battle with 20 minute preparation time. Teams will be on their preparation time while the previous battle is commencing.

November 5th we will hold the 2nd and 3 rounds which will cut the field to the last 8 teams (~24 fights starting at 12pm ).

November 11th , Starting at 3pm . 10 minute battles 1 fight at a time, 20 minute preparation.

         Quarter finals Random seeding of all 8 teams reducing the number of teams down to 4.

         Semi-finals Creates 2 winners and 2 losers

         Finals The 2 Semi-Finals winners battle for 1st and 2nd place.
                   The 2 Semi-Finals losers battle for 3rd and 4th place.
